That's a great question and the simple answer is, of course - it depends on the ticket. Let me explain:
- Once you have submitted the support ticket either through email or a phone call, you will immediately receive a confirmation email that a ticket has been created.
- Once a support tech has opened and reviewed the ticket (typically within 4 hours from the time the ticket was submitted), we can determine how complex the solution will be. We will then contact you with an update on how the ticket will be resolved.
- Ticket resolution then typically takes 24-48 hours to complete. Upon completion, you will receive an email notifying you that the ticket has been closed. That email will also detail the resolution and any changes made to your site.
If the ticket is complex and more than 48 hours is needed, our support team will let you know. For the most part though, typical requests can be handled within the initial time period.

All payments are invoiced electronically with 30-day payment terms.
At Code3 Creative, we offer a wide range of web design services – specifically tailored for the fire service. Every website is different and requires different features, that is why we don’t offer package deals.
For reference, most sites we design for small to medium-sized fire departments are between $850 – $1500. This typically includes site design, domain registration (.com, .org, etc) and hosting for up to 3 years.

A website typically takes 3 – 4 weeks to complete, depending on how quickly we can gather the content for the site (photos, text, documents, etc).
The quicker content can be gathered, the quicker a site can be launched.
Our Box Alarm and Working Fire plans include monthly support time that can be used to edit text and images or other content on any existing page, banners, headers or footers, change plugin settings, adjust CSS, edit existing blogs, add a new landing page, format existing landing pages, add coupon codes or update shopping carts (if you use WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads.

You sure can! Support is billed at our hourly rate of $65 per hour. We will work with you to determine the scope of the project, then a separate contract will be drafted for us both to sign.
It depends on the type of logo services you need.
- New Logo From Scratch
For a brand new logo from scratch, typical costs range from $250 – $500.
- Logo Conversion
If you already have a logo but need a digital version created (ex: you have a patch, but can’t find the digital file for it), logo conversion typically costs between $300 – $500, depending on the complexity of the design.
Yes! Once the new logo project or logo conversion project is complete, they are yours to keep.
We will supply you with all the file formats you’ll need including:
- JPEG and PNG
- Vector (EPS)
- Photoshop (PSD)
Most logo design projects take approximately 2 weeks. This includes new logos and logo conversions.
